Frequently asked questions
Is the wedding kid friendly?
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you the chance to enjoy a fun evening out!
How can i rsvp?
A link will be provided to RSVP right on this page! The link will be available following formal invites later this year.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and reception will be outside in the meadow, while cocktail hour will take place outdoors on a stone patio. PNW springs are warm during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony. Guests will walk on grass, and for that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels aren't recommended.
Is parking available at the venue?
There is free on-site parking at the Sleeping Lady Resort. If you are drinking, we strongly encourage you to stay overnight at the resort or use the complimentary shuttle to downtown. Rideshares are significantly limited in Leavenworth and may not be a reliable source of transportation.
Will there be a shuttle to the venue?
For your convenience, we’ll have a shuttle service running between downtown Leavenworth and Sleeping Lady before and after the celebration. Details to follow!
Are there accommodations near the venue or hotel room blocks?
We've reserved a room block at Sleeping Lady. Please book your stay to guarantee a room in our block via this link:
https://reservations.travelclick.com/113679?groupID=5132045Additionally, there are many hotel options in downtown Leavenworth. We recommend the La Quinta Inn & Suites, the Howard-Johnson, and the Leavenworth Village Inn as alternative options.
What's the wedding dress code?
Our celebration will be formal/black-tie optional attire. Women: floor-length gowns are preferred, with options for elegant pantsuits or dressy separates that are still formal in appearance. Men: tuxedos or suits with ties are standard.
